The only feature with a possible impact on circulation growth is a<br \/>\nprint subscription form online.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">\u00a0 <\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='mso-ansi-language:EN-US'><![if !supportEmptyParas]> <![endif]><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='mso-ansi-language:EN-US'>Eight of<br \/>\nthe 19 regional dailies with web sites included a print subscription form on<br \/>\ntheir sites. These papers did slightly better than papers with no sites or<br \/>\npapers with web sites but no subscription form. The eight dailies saw their<br \/>\ncirculation over the last two years drop by just 0.09% on average, versus an<br \/>\nindustry average of a 0.96% decline.
